Community Integration Services, Inc. (CIS) is a non-profit organization in Granada Hills serving the San Fernando Valley area. Our identity is Multi-cultural, Intergenerational and Ability-Diverse.  We serve low income seniors with aging challenges including memory impairment, seniors of various cultures, and adults with developmental disabilities including mental retardation and Autism. We work with these populations’ caregivers, providing respite, health education and care coordination. CIS is a multi-program environment that promotes health, diversity and community membership for people with aging challenges and disabilities. Our primary contracts to serve are with the Senior Care Action Network (SCAN) Health Plan serving seniors with Medicare and Medi-Cal, the North Los Angeles County Regional Center serving adults with developmental disabilities and the Alzheimer’s Association of the San Fernando Valley serving adults with memory impairment and their caregivers. The CIS Center is a comfortable, elegant environment that serves as a vessel of dignity and respect for the people we support; the place to be in the community.
